Founding beta members lock their price for life.
Our own infrastructure cost scales with how much mail goes out, not with how many rows sit in a table. That is why sequences, tags and segments are unlimited on every tier: building more automation does not cost us more, so we do not charge you more for it.

- Customer.io bills on peak profile count, and counts objects as well as people. Overages run $0.009 per extra profile.

- Billed on subscribed contacts, with no cap on emails sent.
- Mailchimp, worth knowing
- Mailchimp counts your total audience, including contacts who have unsubscribed.
